FAQ

How does the storage pool work?
One 1.5 TB pool sits behind every event you run. A small intimate ceremony might use 8 GB; a big destination wedding with lots of video might use 80 GB. As long as the total stays under the pool, you keep running events. If you outgrow it, we add storage — same per-GB rate as the underlying R2 cost, no markup.
How custom is the branding?
On every guest-facing page: your logo in place of ours, your primary and accent colors driving the whole palette, a 'Powered by' line you can hide. Custom domains (events.yourstudio.com) are coming after the first cohort of Pro customers settles in.
Can my team help manage events?
Yes. Invite up to 10 people with one of three roles: owner (everything), manager (create + edit events, moderate uploads), viewer (read-only access to galleries). Each member signs in with their own email — no shared logins.
Can I try it first?
Yes — 14-day free trial, no card required. You can set up your branding, invite your team, and create test events. If you're not sold, walk away with no charge.
What's the difference from the Couple plan?
Couple is one-event, one-time payment, your couple's wedding. Pro is many events, subscription, your business. The underlying guest experience is identical — Pro adds the brand, the pool, and the team layer on top.
